Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Internet purchase, you have 60 days from your purchase date to return or exchange your item. The date of your purchase is the date that your order was shipped out from our store. We cannot except exchanges or returns on engraved items, discontinued and Christmas merchandise. A 20% manufacturers restocking fee may be charged on special order merchandise. A Store Credit will be issued for all gift returns. All returns must be in the original boxes.

For packages shipped UPS

If your item is received damaged - Do NOT return the package to us. Call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to notify them of the breakage. they will need the name and address on the shipping label, the tracking number from the outer carton, the invoice number (which is the sales number at the bottom of the packing slip), and what item arrived broken.

Damaged items valued over $100 are subject to UPS pick-up and inspection. Damaged items valued under $100 will not be picked-up, but UPS will need the above information to process the claim.

For all breakage claims

We will need the sale number and the name/address of the recipient to process the claim and order replacement merchandise. If the damaged merchandise is not available, or you do not want a replacement, a Store Credit will be issued. No cash refunds are given for damaged merchandise.

Gifts may be returned for a store credit. There are no cash refunds given on gifts, store credits, or gift certificates.
